Type of Contracts

Access Account Support - Whichever type of software you are using, our experienced Access support team will guide you through any problem you encounter and ensure you that it will be solved.
Payroll Support - Access Payroll is a complete PAYE and Personnel records system, suitable for companies between 5 and 5,000 employees in each department. Whether you are experiencing any problems with entering new pay details or with the management reports, we will only be too happy to offer our support and services.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



Specialist Support

With outstanding software like Access Accounts, you are entitled to, and can expect, outstanding support. All our demonstration, installation, implementation and support staff, without exception, have been trained at the Access Accounting training centre near Colchester in Essex.

As part of an ongoing accreditation of Specialist Centres like ScottAdam Systems, sales and support staff return to Access Accounting for test and review.

The retention of our Specialist Centre status is conditional upon passing these reviews and maintaining the training levels of our staff.

Training

In order to ensure that ourclients maximise the return on their investment ScottAdam Systemsstaff are available to train you and your staff in any aspect of any of the goods and services we provide.

Whether we train your staff to use Access Accounting solutions, web design, system management, data back up routines or network configuration, you can be assured it will be carried out to our usual exceedingly high standards.

Training, depending upon your requirements and the content, maybe held on your site on a one-on-one basis or classroom style. Alternatively, you may make use of our training facilities here, at Ramsay House.
